Because each item is custom-made to exact specifications, we place great emphasis on ensuring that every order meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship before it leaves our facility. lNon-Refundable Items: Customized cards are non-refundable once production starts.

lOrder Cancellations: Cancellations are permitted within 1 hour of payment, provided production has not begun.

lDamaged or Incorrect Items: Customers must report any defects or errors within 3 days of receipt. Photo evidence may be required. Replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

lNo Returns for Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted for reasons unrelated to defects.

lRefund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit within 5-7 business days.
